size, mostly. they are all designed for different types of ships, like the 400 for opv's and frigates, the 500 for large frigates and destroyers.... and the 100 is shown on the sigma corvettes here, but I saw it placed on an helicarrier as well, so the model is most likely based on the available space on the structure. only the 400 is being manfactured already.
in systems there might be some difference in range and in specs, but all have mainly the same systems. the I mast can be fitted with other equipment then thales as well btw, they are all custom build for the customer.

I may have to consider the 400 or 500 series for use on a future class of OPV. Perhaps some of the unbuilt FREMMs, as well, as the initial decision to use APAR was rather expensive, and also entailed SMART-L radar as well, making them nearly as expensive as the Horizon type DDGs that were also coming into service. Would it make sense to complete some of the unbuilt frigates with I-Mast 500 instead?
