As more people move to Win7, like I recently have, you come across a rather annoying problem. Win7 Paint, by default, has text Anti-Aliased, which is against the rules. I recently found out how to turn the annoyance off!
1. Click the Start button and click on Control Panel.
2. At top right of the window you'll see View by Category. Click the down arrow and choose Large Icons. The view will change.
3. Scroll down the page until you see an icon labelled System.
4. Double click System, then click on Advanced System Settings.
5. The next page has three sections. On the top section, Performance, click the Settings button and remove the tick from Smooth edges of screen fonts.
Now anyone who has this problem, they can fix it and their picture's Title & Credits will conform to SB Standards.
Please note also that this will affect all text on your computer, so I'd advise keeping the Performance page open so you can return the Anti-Alias to its default setting.
