Does anyone know how to draw diagonal lines in photoshop without pixelation? This is killing me cleaning up all the angled lines I'm drawing.

Turn Anti-aliasing off.

indeed. set them as 'hard' lines might work too.... well, that is the way in adobe fireworks.

Actually it is no help at all. The google selection (at least the first page) is all just people asking the same question as me (or similar) with lots of try-hard experts giving them bogus answers (my favourite was 'just reduce the resolution'). Using the Photoshop Help function and I've found how to turn off anti-aliasing on selection tools like the magic wand and so on but that's no help.

Does anyone actually know how to turn off anti-aliasing on the Line Tool in photoshop?

Yes but not for Line Tool in Photoshop. The problem with Google is there are all sorts of other anti-alias needs out there.

Does anyone know how to do this with Photoshop's Line Tool?
