There is no such requirement. Ask colosseum in the discord or by PM why you might no be the one to upload them, but if you want to upload them all, I see no reason why you could not (I uploaded most of the Dutch and some of the US folder, quite a lot of that was not my own work)

This isn't true at all, I contacted you directly when the new site upload project was starting and asked if you would like to be involved and you turned me down, stating you did not have the time. ;) Happy to give you upload rights if you'd like to start submitting work.

This wasn't recent...it was when the old site was still being used to upload stuff. But sure...I'll be glad to start contributing stuff that I've saved over the years. Not my own work, but all proper credits are in place, of course.

Posted a new version of the IJA chart, adding the Ki-115 Tsurugi.

(Note: I know a lot of the aircraft have been redrawn since, but I prefer to keep the ones with paint schemes in the chart. Just my preference.)
