To whom ever it may concern,

Firstly, I would like to second Eswube's nominations for promotion this time around.

Secondly, I'd like to add Kim Werners' name to the list please. I know Ships Badges don't automatically spring to mind when considering good artist's for promotion, and I know Kim has difficulty in finding the time to post on ship bucket these days due to his work commitments, but his art when he does have the time to post is always outstanding. ALWAYS.
