Wasn't quite sure where to stick this as it's really just me with a minute in paint.net and two crappy references.

He may know that Kongo has already be done as the underwater hull is that of acelanceloets Kongo.

please do not use that underwater hull for a ship drawing, as I suspect it is faulty ;)

The IJN Kongou in the archive is not the 1916 version.
