@Charguizard
Perhaps it's not my problem to raise concerns about challenges and everybody would rather prefer me to just STFU about them, but I'd just like to mention that it has been already raised (in the Modern Auxiliary Challenge, for example), that some challenges are becoming too vague in terms of design requirements and entries are sometimes hard to really compare. Direct comparison of drawings of, say (equivalent of) Wright Flyer, X-15 and X-51 is IMHO impossible without doing some Authors injustice.
On a different note - actually I'd like to (honestly and sarcasm-free, unlike my "do some real stuff instead" suggestion from some time ago
) make a suggestion for a challenge (in which I could be really interested to take part).
"a building"
That said, I don't mean ANY building ("vague design requirements") - to avoid situation of having entries with mountain log cabins on one end and moonbases on the other - but some pre-defined type of building, be it royal/presidential palace, a gothic cathedral, international airport, office skyscraper, whatever People in Charge (or
vox populi on Discord) decide (though if it were to be something like moonbase, I admit I would be no longer interested
). Scale can be SB
OR FD (though for too big buildings SB would be obviously most reasonable), but not both simultaneously ("hard to compare").
A word of explanation might be useful, especially for those users that aren't here for too long: there was (still is, but practically none of the pics are still visible) a thread called "Buildingbucket" and before that "Buildings" (plus some one-off works posted separately), so the architecture isn't entirely new topic on Shipbucket.
