Over at Secretprojects, TomS posted a link to a Canadian PhD thesis regarding the General Purpose Frigate.
Not only is it a very interesting read, but the appendices of the thesis include original plans of the Frigate, some DDH conversions, several Heliporter concepts and even a light carrier project.
