I think it's high time that Shipbucket got its own hole in the water into which money is poured, and I've found just the hole to buy!

In all seriousness though its a nice find, my only concern is a Aluminium cabin after 30 years might need a lot of work in the next 5 years

The same here. It ended with that I sold it. Lost around 10000-12000$ on that project!
