Smallest boat must be the 4 foot little rubber dinghy I had when I was a child, some 40 odd years ago.

My smallest must be an 3 meter With boat. (funny boat, 3 meter, 9.9hp outboard engine and 25+knots)

But on the other hand if I think a bit, when I was sixteen I got one of the model hull of an 15m fishing boat from an company's here in Norway that I have a bit connection to. This model was original for testing in an Test-pool. The model was only 1.5 meter long and yes I had it on water, and sat my self in it, It floated!

Probably my uncle's 10 foot fishing boat...although I was tempted to say a small Marine landing craft.
