- construction or general arrangement plans used together with pictures or other visual references: in this case everything is perfect
- pictures only! this way, by correcting all the non-linear lines, you can still get perfect drawings, the details will be great, but the overall shape might be off
- an linedrawing and pictures. why is this behind pictures only? because when you have an linedrawing, you don't check sizes. with pics it is possible to make mistakes, but if you linedrawing has errors you will make the same or even bigger ones, without knowing so without correcting. everything could be perfect, but if it goes wrong, it will be very wrong.
