For the past 20 years or so, the Naval War College has put out a series of books called "The Newport Papers" that each focus on some topic. I had waited on the local library to get a copy of "Innovation in Carrier Aviation" via inter-libary loan, and when looking the books up to show what it was to a friend, I discovered that they are published for free online in PDF form.

I just thought that someone else might also like to read them.
