From the people who brought the MMO games World of Tanks and World of Warplanes comes World of Battleships. Still in development but psyched! Though I'm probably going to need a better system then the one I have now in order to play it. :(

Hopefully it'll be less stupid and derp'd up than Navyfield.

Based on those pics, it kinda looks like Battlestations Pacific.

I hope it has the gameplay mechanics of Battlestations while mixing the MMO feel of NavyField.

I've never even heard of Navyfield but played Battlestations. Good game though gets a bit annoying when British, Dutch and Australian units are fighting under American flags. USS Prince of Wales doesn't have the right ring to it.

Have to agree with you on that Monty, also the range was annoying, I mean it's scaled down well and all but I'd rather blast at them at 20NM than 1.2NM

Yeah, you ended up with Iowa Class battleships going toe-to-toe with Yamatos from a distance of about 1 metre at times. Its like importing Nelsonian tactics to WW2. And seeing the results blow up in your face.
