Shipbucket

I want to make tutorials for the shipbucket channel on youtube. ''http://www.youtube.com/user/shipbucket''
The tutorials will be.
-How to make a proper top view (without having a front view)
-How to make a proper top view (with having a front view)
-How to make a proper front view (without having a top view)
-How to make a proper front view (with having a top view)

And maby if you guys suggest more tutorials, i can make those to.

But now i have a real bad issue.
I used Coloseum's screen capture program.
And after i was done, it saved my work, but the file has been damaged.
This happened multiple times!

So i got a few questions.

Wich screen capture program is the best to use to Capture what i am doing in Paint. Plus maby voice added?
And wich program i can use to edit this to a smaller video (instead of hours of work, just a fraction of minuts?)
