The US Federal Budget of 2010 was 3.55 trillion of which 1.42 trillion they had to borrow so that leaves 2.13 trillion in actual money that they seized in one from or another. Forbes list that the total wealth of the 2200 billionaires in the world comes out to 4.5 trillion. So you have the US govt that has half of what 2200 people have combined and when you throw in the rest of the governments of the world you really start to see who really controls most of the wealth in the world. Governments.
