Code 9 Section 2(e): Running in walking zone,walking in running zone, jaywalking - 2 years
Code 11 Section 2(a): Impersonating a known judge or perp with intent to commit a crime - 20 years
Code 12 Section 2: Illegal possession of a weapon - 5 years
Code 14 Section 3(a): Unauthorised construction of heavy weaponry - Life

3 violations of law and DEATH or labor camp on Titan.*

* - well that's also death

Norway:

Mass Murder or just a single murder = 21 years as maximum, after end 22 years or before, a group of lawyers, judges, psychologists, police, doctors will determine whether the person should remain in prison or not, Many persons in Norway have been more than 21 years in prison, I can remember one that was in prison for 35 years, and several other that haven't got out yet.

In Breivik case, it's a bit different. He doesn't have that three year evaluation like all other prisoners have. And there have been writed some type of document that says he shall be in prison after end 22 year. What happens after 22 year no one knows, but he can't be relished. Just because in Norway we don't have people to pick up this people when they get free, so they just keep them in prison. But I can see that some people that wan't to be as "human" as possible and let him live at a prison camp after 22 years. But there is also those that are a more "viking" in Norway!
