Of all the historic things in Alabama- from the time HERNANDO FRICKING DESOTO came walking through till they docked the
Alabama alongside Pinto Island- they pick a single building
in the only town Sam Walton ever PERSONALLY closed a Wal-Mart down because the employees were stealing too much?

I'm as proud of the Redtails as anyone else in Alabama... but, c'mon, guys.

Gotta say I agree with you on this one. Yes, the Redtails were good, very good, at what they did, and were pioneers of a sort... but there is so much more in Alabama that could have been honored.
Myself, I was rather hoping that the 'Bama BB-60 would be so honored.
But alas, that is not the case.
