As of 0303 AST, with 82.59% reporting and 84.94% participating, 53.82% of voters in Puerto Rico are against the current status, and 61.88% are for statehood (The second issue offered three options for not being a territory: Statehood, Sovereign Free Associated State, & Independence).

It's all up to congress now, but I don't see it failing.
That said, all of the US B-sides will have to be changed.
