Why? They are worn out and outdated and clearly nobody needs them. Hardly a tragedy.

Ok now here's a fun thing:

I showed these to a guy who, short story, really knows his Soviet stuff.

He doesn't recognize the rocket launchers in the graveyard. They're not TOR-1s, but he suspects its a predecessor with a small production run.
