Now after a long time of inactivity. Finally got a few new things for my AU.

The first is a MD-11 twin engined aircraft. We have a Twin engine DC-10 so why not go with a twin engine MD-11? Well here you go. The lore behind it is that during the 1990s, the world had been switching to twin engineed planes over trijets and quad jets. McDonald Douglas, not wanting to be left out created the DC-10 Twin as a new measure but when the competition heated up, they created a much longer variant based on their MD-11s. These 2 would become known as the MD-14 and MD-15 due to the MD-12 being a Jumbo entering service at the time and the fact that 13 is full of superstition. But McDonald Douglas wasn't the only company making a twin jet out of a trijet.

Lockheed had been following the race and went into their archives eventually pulling out the plans for the Twinstar program, a program to create a twin engine wide body aircraft. This aircraft would be built using and existing frame though everything had to be changed due to the lack of a tail engine. However there was a size error in the 2nd plane which turned out to be shorter than the actual design though instead of scrapping, Lockheed executives went ahead with the Lockheed 1015 Bistar which can be found in the sb archive. The new Twin jet was given the title of L-2022 Twinstar.
In the Jovian AU, airlines that formerly had L1011s or DC-10s/MD-11s use the Newer aircraft as a way to save money while still retaining their fleet numbers.
