So called rail-cruisers were self propelled armored rail cars. Here is a family of heavy scout rail-cruisers:

Both developed by Steyr. I borrowed the tank turrets from DP's drawings hence the crediting.

Thanks for the images. I've got quite a collection of armored trains plans myself and I'm definitely drawing more rail vehicles.

Hi,

This is my first attempt drawing a wheeled vehicle in FD scale. Plus i needed the practice

I find it already quite good, maybe the rims could be a bit more silver and the edges a bit darker.

I modified Darth Panda's FV600 serie (I changed Darth Panda's Stalwart just slightly (a bit longer and with other wheels), I took for the Saracen his LMG and for the some of the details of the turret).

Ha! You don't realize how damned big it is until you've actually seen it in person. I've been in the thing, since I live like 50 minutes from the museum. Not only did they literally have to build the building around it, they also have planes parked under the wing with room to spare! linky

Alvama's drawing is off on a number of the details, but it's still quite nice.

Maybe someone could draw a B-52. The B-52 will look quite small next to this big thing.
