The vintage of that thing's going to be closer mid-1930s earliest if not even into the 40s.
Also the wings are waaaaaaaaaay too close together, the upwash from the bottom wing is going to interfere with the top wing to such a degree that I have a hard time believing that this thing would even get off the ground.

The Newcastle is actually finishing service in the Game, it was used during post WWI and during WWII but it is being phased out by Vulcan and B-52 like aircraft.
