Finally I'm able to present You something I promised long ago - the Vickers VC.10. :)

With dedication to Bombhead.

Largest and most ellegant airliner produced (not in cooperation) by British aviation industry. It suffered from lack of genuine support from the government and BOAC and to lesser extent from being too narrowly tailored for BOAC's peculiar demands. Still, first with various airlines and then with RAF it served faithfully for over half of a century (1962-2013) and was only recently retired from service.
