What about the command groups? Brigade, division, and so on? Any information?

Wich one? I'm not sure to understand your question.
Did you ask informations about command organisation at division level ?
It is a list of officiers ordered by staff branches... (a Little bit boring)

If we forget period and situation, there is a typical command company for Soviet Mech and Armored Division in US OPFOR guide:

The same for Signal Battalion (but I think than Signal is under Chief of Intelligence command and not Division Commander):
