Second, we see the IIP&O VC.10 Series 1100. IIP&O was a launch customer for this type, and eventually Vickers-Karuna bought the production line for all VC.10s:
Third, here we see an anachronism. By the 2005 date that the current Hawai'ian Airlines livery came into service, the last of the old VC.10s had been retired. This does however give a good representation of the VC.10N-200L trijet that is replacing 757s on low-demand North Atlantic routes, and low demand routes to California:
