I like the overall design and looks great, but I have a few "buts"...
I agree that it look a bit too modern, especially for a design conceived in 1935, competing with the PBY...
The biggest issue that I see is that the tail surfaces and turret seems to be positioned too low...
How about making rear top fuselage straight and give more slope to the bottom? You can also mount the tail on top of the fuselage, using the turret fairing to make it smoother, and/or give it more give dihedral to obtain more clearance
_ wing flight controls surfaces have a very strange layout...
_ Some features doesn´t match from one view to another... In the front view the tail ends between the engines, while in top view it extends well outboard them.... Top view cockpit glazing have an extra window/frame, and the lenght of the tip floats seems different
_ I like the extensive cockpit glazing, but those large panels seems a little too "ambitious" seeing other designs, and materials and manufacturing limitations of that era...
I hope you do not take this wrong, You did a wonderful work making the 3-views and I think it's a good overall design that, at least in my opinion, can be "amended" to be more realistic easily...
