TWA L-1011s N31013: An early L-1011, manufactured in 1973. This aircraft would spend its whole life with TWA until it was broken up at Kingman in 2000 N31019: Has a more colorful history; manufactured in 1974 it wound up with North East Airlines (a reincarnation of the former airline that merged with Delta) and eventually in Bolivia before being bought by the Airline History Museum in Kansas City, MO N31029: A 1975 TriStar, it would be in service with TWA until 1978 when it was leased to Delta for 2 years, coming back to TWA in 1980. It holds the distinction of being the only L-1011 painted in the final scheme of TWA, which almost didn't happen since most of the fleet was already retired by 1995. However, stripping down the paint was necessary part of the maintenance process and there was no sense and re-painting it in the old scheme, as such it became the first TWA to debut the new 1995 Globe Scheme and would remain in service until 1997. It would be stored at Las Vegas for a few years until it was scrapped in 2001. |

Henschel Hs 126 in Greek service As a part of its pre-war armament programme Greece purchased a version of the Henschel Hs 126. Initially Greece wanted to licence build the aircraft locally, but approval was never granted and all aircraft were imported from Germany. Like Greece's other purchases of the time, the aircraft delivered were not stock standard, but were instead a hybrid between the 126A and 126B models, with the addition of a second fuselage mounted pilot's machine gun. The aircraft were delivered in the pre-war standard Luftwaffe splinter scheme, with repainting in the Greek tan/green happening during maintenance. At the time of the Greek capitulation some aircraft had still not been repainted. |

Regarding the TWA L-1011s, N31019 is a little bit wonky. |
