Argentine Land Army, TPB-2 Yaguarete. The main battle tank of the Argentine Army, developed during the late 80s by Keidler & Sapag (In cooperation with Rheinmetall) as a reeplacement to their aging M47 Pattons. It was exported to Venezuela and Kuwait. There are reports about the involvement of Keidler & Sapag in the development of the Taiwanese CM-45 MBT (A copy of the TPB-2) but the Argentine Gov. has denied all accusations.

-By the end of the 1980s, the design of the Argentine Heavy Tank (TAP) existed on the drawing board.
which was nothing more than the TAM chassis but with 7 wheels (the same one used for the VCA Palmaria)
which was planned to install the tower of the Leopard 2A4, the project remained in that project
although the Germans had also developed the TH-301/RH-120 on the Marder/TAM chassis, which did not
it is something else than the TAM but with the Rheinmetall RH-120 120mm pipes, the same as the equipment
Leopard 2A4 the difference between the Argentine and the German project was fundamentally the chassis
7R (Argentina) 6R (Germany) and the TAP weighs 52 tons compared to the 35 tons of the TH-301/RH-120

Saludosss
I am aware of this, in fact it was the inspiration for this drawing. However, this is an alternate universe design. Not intended to depict any real or proposed design. Greetings
