@Kilomuse
That's just another lovely design of yours. If you don't mind, I put this one on my planebucket work list.

I like the overall design and looks great, but I have a few "buts"... :)
I agree that it look a bit too modern, especially for a design conceived in 1935, competing with the PBY...
The biggest issue that I see is that the tail surfaces and turret seems to be positioned too low... :? How about making rear top fuselage straight and give more slope to the bottom? You can also mount the tail on top of the fuselage, using the turret fairing to make it smoother, and/or give it more give dihedral to obtain more clearance
_ wing flight controls surfaces have a very strange layout...
_ Some features doesn´t match from one view to another... In the front view the tail ends between the engines, while in top view it extends well outboard them.... Top view cockpit glazing have an extra window/frame, and the lenght of the tip floats seems different
_ I like the extensive cockpit glazing, but those large panels seems a little too "ambitious" seeing other designs, and materials and manufacturing limitations of that era...
I hope you do not take this wrong, You did a wonderful work making the 3-views and I think it's a good overall design that, at least in my opinion, can be "amended" to be more realistic easily...

I've updated the previous drawing and B-side with several changes. I also updated the 3-view of the Monzon (thanks Rowdy36!).

The SNCA M.8 Silbón was the most numerous and important flying boat in Lisenian service during the WWII period.

The Silbón looks excellent and the Monzon now looks much better too.

The AU moves on! The HSA E.7 Hornero was the mainstay of the postwar training fleet for both the Air Force and Navy. Although many considered the idea of new piston-powered design as anachronistic, the E.7 proved to be a cheaper and more useful alternative to its foreign competitors.
