It's only four COAs which my sticking point, would it be possible to put them under the already existing matrix with Subheadings similar to the one on top for each navy? The small number barely warrants a new topic/thread

The two fleets I think that could have more that one/two are Queensland and Victoria, I'm working on South Australia's only one.
