Damn she is looking great Psil!!!! Always my favoriet!! Though you used the wrong Dutch radar and the wrong English man, and you have a standard missile not a tartar. For the radars you are already updated.

Well....
I stole the radar from your "De Zeven Provincien", I think it's the same used on the IRL Halland-class.
The british ironbed is from the radarsheet and missiles are those allocated on SUN missile chart. Doesn't tartar and standrad have the same airframe??

The Zeven Provincien is being an old incorrect drawings, I'm redoing her right now.

Sort-of.

The airframe is the same but the standard shipbucket scale Standard (SM-1/2) is wrong (strakes and fins are wrong). Use the Tartar from the USN parts sheet.

Ok..I'll change the directors

How much underdeck space does the MK-11 launcher need? I imagine that the Tartars are fed in the same way as the Talos - with a slight angel from behind. so that the long Talos missiles are coming up to launcher from a tunnel/ rail running under the mk-11 launcher.
The Mk-11 needs the same amount of space as the Mk-13.

EDIT: Thank you for the correction Erik.

As for the directors, you need more space between them to avoid EM interference. With the current set up you are going to be lucky to be able to control one missile at at time.

The Mk 11 GMLS has, as far as I'm aware, the same under-decks space requirements as Mk 13 (at least to within Shipbucket scale). However, it requires a smaller swing circle above decks, as the tail of each missile can never be much outside the circle of the belowdecks drum.

I have my doubts as to whether a Talos superfiring a Tartar would be a viable approach in practice.

An AU version of Halland Destroyer with 8 RBS-15 MK2,6 new Bofors 40mm,new sensors and electronics.I modified it from Real Swedish Navy, but I think Halland Class deserves to be here.

If you have AU ideas of your own even tough similar to someone else's, make a own thread for them, not highjacking others AU threads.

1. Ok...I*ll look at de 7 Provincien. But I think I used the tartar from the USN parts sheet.

2. Well...I doubt your Halland is plausable...She is just kitbashing to me. You have to remodel alot of her to fit all the new weapons, and you are using wepons 20years younger than her last commision like the new 40mm turret. Most likley would have been an extensive rebuild of 2 of the less used and younger Östergötland-class destroyers.

I would in a 1985 rebuild (instead of buildning FAC-L HSwMS Stockholm and Malmö)
- Remove all radars and replace as follows
- PS-41 (S/S-rr on top of the bridge) with PS-75 or PS-726
- PS-47 (large A/S RR aft) with PS-860 (same phased array as the USN carriers and CGNs, also used by the SwAF)
- ARTE 62 (egg radome) with arte 726 RR/TV/IR directors, at least four

Weapons
- Replace twin 57mm with SeaSaprrow RIM-7
- Replace all Bofors 40/48 with 4x bofors 57mm MK 2
. Remove all heavy torpedoes, replace them with 12x RBS 15 and some 40mm ASW torpedoes

other
rebubild the bridge, CIC and accomodation
