looks not that bad, but there are a few problems:
too high,
funnel penetrates hangar,
weird scale (it isn't sb, is it?)
and maybe you should just post it as an image, it is a PITA to look at an design this way.

Yes, I have stretched the draft several times, but still...

This is vector drawing and viewable only in pdf (I guess). My original scale is SB scale, but once it is exported, I don't know how the scale stretches. You can cut and paste some SB stuff on top to judge.

The funnel is next to a narrow hangar that store two helos in tandem.

that's not an good idea for the hangar. I think you are trying to mix too many functions. I think something like the spanish juan carlos is an better idea for you.
