Skylab is planned, and I might do the Apollo-Soyuz, if I can find good refs for the Soyuz 7K-TM Spacecraft & Soyuz-U Launch Vehicle.

As someone with a past interest in spaceflight, I say good work and I'm looking forward to more!

Cool. I'd make two notations to this:
  1. The movie came out in 1968, not 1969.
  2. I'd note that this is the movie version of Discovery, because the book version was shorter, and had large fins for cooling the reactor.

Don't believe any decent drawings of the 'real' Discovery have ever been produced - the version from the movie have always been the right one to me. Some sketchs from the artwork from the preproduction for the movie suggesting Clarke's original design can be found in the book '2001 - Filming the Future' - despite the fact the book was written the same time as the script and making the movie.

Great drawing !!

From the book:

Hood,

Working on the Pod and the Discovery in FD, on the same drawing, possibly multiple views.
