That design is pretty cool. I especially like the chamfered surfaces and the haze gray material is really nice. The life rafts are a little excessive though. Each one holds about 20 people. So the 78 life rafts you have on board will accomodate a crew of 1560 people. I would drop the number down to a third of what you have now. Also the rhibs can hold 18 people a piece.

I checked out your other stuff on NS, you should post it here too.

I like the looks, although the design needs some work. I like how it doesn't look like crap and isn't some crazy design created by some damn god-modder like 90% of the stuff on NationStates.

thanks a lot for the comments :D

Oh so those life rafts can hold 20.. hmm never know that it can hold so many.. i've seen similar life rafts installed onboard a ship..a ferry in its container..it said that it can only hold 5.

Anyway glad to know that my destroyers have more life saving capacity than Titanic XD

As for more work.. well to be honest..i'm not really into too much details.. detailed models..good, but took longer time to render and produce. Obviously animations will become complicated too..and i'm not really have good (even lesser than today's typically Intel pentium I-xxxx or equivalent) computer running here. Thus as old Russian saying "Best is the enemy of good enough" suits me quite well there..if my requirements are met why should strive for more if the incentives are minimum. But of course if more details are needed i'll do it with a good reason to do so.

Hmm and a piece of frigate.

And just a simple animation depicting basically how my helos take off and flyaway.

Well i realize that i abandoned many things.. like water movements..shadows and such..perhaps the helos are quite awkward too ..but considering it's only took one hour to render and display..so i go.

Dima11; Procedural; automatic, or mathematically generated. You type in some numbers, the texture is generated by the machine. This is different from a texture that you created by hand, like an image, then apply to the model.
