To be fair, the Non-Shipbucket Drawings section did give us FD Scale
I'll conceed that, and as Golly pointed out these were already established artists, and now we have a well-respected alternative scale.
In other words, "I'll troll you until I get the thrill of banning you." I'll show myself out.
Not at all, I intended ignoring the rest of his stuff, but now he's obliged instead. I'm, sure he'll find a berth were folk post their own unique styles
Which just reinforces the idea of what level of intelligence is present on the internet.
I'm not sure if this is aimed at me or DE5? If the former I'll keep in mind one of my hero's Frederick The Great - he wasn't bothered about criticism, so long as folk did what they were told
Anyway, much better if DE5 hadn't flounced off, but instead tried his hand with SB scale, if he could swallow his distaste for it....sigh...now we'll never know
The point I was making, albeit with DE5 as the 'straw the broke the camel's back', is that I'm calling into the question of why we are providing a berth for folk who disdain the good ship Shipbucket, but don't mind piggy backing on us, without contributing to the archive; and I know I bang on about it, but this is what Shipbucket was originally: the archive, and a few invited (by MConrads) artists who kept the flame alive. Then Colosseum launched the forum and others joined, myself included. I'm happy to see this debated, and I'm not insisting that my view is either the right one, or reflects the Admin members.
