I don't know that "Space: 1999" series, but these are very nice drawings.

But although, as I said, I don't know this series, I am actually quite familiar with the "Eagle Transporter", just under another guise.
When I was a small kid, Polish television ran a series (very visibly done on a shoestring budget) that was about giving basics of mathematics for small children in an entertaining manner. It was called "Przybysze z Matplanety" (Visitors from Math-planet) and was about pair of extraterrestrial aliens (named Sigma and Pi) that were visiting Earth and were making observations of various situations that had simple mathematical connotations (adding, subtracting, basic geommetry etc.).
And it seems that their vehicle was the Eagle - just perhaps slightly repainted, and, I guess, used with complete disregard of copyright/trademark issues (those communists, you know...  )

There is one thing that was common between kids of the two sides of the "Iron Curtain" back in these days : The really poor FX we had on Tv ! :D

Welcome to SB
Love the drawings, as they remind me childhood memories.
Many of Gerry Anderson's shows were the mainstay of kids television in those days, apart from the above, we also can name UFO, and Thunderbirds, to mention just a few.
Hoping to see more, and I'll be hooked on this thread in no time :)

Always loved those Angel Fighters from Captain Scarlet. They were really sleek beastys.

They would not look out of place in any of todays air forces.

Welcome, I love the Gerry Anderson Century 21 series. There are some wonderful designs from all the series, some look far out but others always had that realistic look about them and I've always suspected they had some aeronautical engineering input when making some of the aircraft concepts.
