Those are really cool. The only thing I would say is a dtractor are the "M", "SM", and "CM" should be replaced with a symbol. Those senior NCOs are usually pretty alpha and would probably like a symbol.

Made a few cosmetic adjustments. Went with bronze for the Warrant Officer insigniaand tried to make the metal appear shiny. And tweaked the CPOs insignia too.
