The katana is a sword from Japan that is estimated to have been designed in the 10th century. Used famously by the samurai of the shogunate period and less famously by Japanese officers during the Sino-Japanese Wars, the katana was a design that the Japanese really, really liked, and makes an excellent decoration sword. Wooden versions of katana are used in a Japanese sword fighting sport called ken-do.

This katana has a straight handle as opposed to the curved handle above.

Both katana have been updated after realising that I misread the calculator when making their dimensions. = Error on my part, oops
