Nice idea, but I'd suggest making arms and shoulders bit slimmer (I have an impression - perhaps wrong - that these ladies have rather long arms).

Thank you for you suggestions. These are just some attempts and the drawing is not complete. If the ladies are bit taller, the shoulders and arms etc. look already better.
