Hi guys, I was hoping to get a bit of assistance with this one. I'm drawing the MiG 1.27, blueprints here, and I'm not sure how to handle the wing edge lines for the LERX and such. This is what I have so far, with shading a bit of a wip:

I think this should be in the FD Scale forum, not here. This beginners forum is for Shipbucket drawings.

So far the only thing I can comment on is to avoid those double and triple black lines, especially on those wings...other than that, you are on a quite good start. :)

Related to Judah's remarks, I find the beginner's forum's description rather ambiguous -- is it really strictly for SB scale drawings or SB family of drawings in general (including FD, Carbucket, Gunbucket)...maybe the admins can shed light on this.

It's a very good start.
I would probably use dark grey lines for the wing root, leading edge and the middle section of the wingtip. Basically I only use black for any external line to and dark grey for all panels and internal lines of the wings and wing roots.

I changed the colour scheme so I could see what I was doing a bit better. I've probably got too many greys now, but I think it's a better illustration. Tail feels too dark, though. How's it look to you?

That looks ok to me, sometimes these things come down to personal preference but its pretty much how I would do it.
