Sorry to say this, but it wouldn't work.
Hull is too small to squeeze inside at the same time the aircraft and all the stuff the submarine needs to have inside. Shape of the hull is also impractical (esp. the bow), and I'm almost totally sure that it's too small to launch Eurofighters, esp in ski-jump mode - not mentioing that it's either too narrow, or has a shape of a pancake. I also think that this RAM launcher would be useless (plus I have doubts if it would be healthy for it to be submerged) - if there's any airplane close enough for being shot by RAM missile, then the sub is already f...ed.

If you want to work on a physically possible SSCVN, I can help you with that (I've seen one worked out before - it would have been about $30billion a unit, or the cost of the first two Ford CVNs combined with their R&D costs), but what you have now isn't. Submarine pressure hulls are circular in cross section, that means that you need to be at least as tall as your wingspan for your aircraft. That's the first step.
