This is small thing i did some higher ups might need to check some dimensions but overall it looks good with me.
Its supposed to be a little wider but due to SB 2ft=Pixel it looks a bit stubby.
The ship is supposed to be white but it looked bad so i added a light shade of grey.

If you don't know anything about this submarine its a sub that can go 8000 Feet below the sea level. (Thats almost 7 tons per square inch) Thats more than most military submarines.
The craft help retrieve a H-bomb from the Mediterranean sea in 1966 from a crashed bomber in 1965

I am missing details and your dimensions look off. also, the shading looks way too heavy

I only had an image from a book that was drawn, It was a cleaned up version that didn't have the cameras and holes covered up, and yea the shading is a little bad ill have to fix that sometime...

hence why you need to use pictures as well.
also, the dimensions are off too, the sub should be longer or less high (or both)

Are you allowed to break the 2 pixels=foot? because the length dimensions are correct give or 6 inches

that looks a lot better already. make the shading a bit less dark, take a look in the submarines thread in the real designs section so you can see how to accurately represent the ships shape, take a good look where the horizontal rudders are (if I see it correctly, you miss them) and start adding panels, hatches, equipment and markings to the drawing. good luck!

Other than the typo that I've fixed in the the OP, Alex and Ace are right, the proportions are off - you've stretched the vertical by a good 50% I'd look at recent SSN drawings to get an idea for the shading type you want to use, and USCG ships for the basecoat and any highlights.

Any chance we can see a scan of the original source that you are using?

Edit: The version that is posted above me now looks better.
