Yah, the Springsharp stats came out with a really deep draught. Don't know how accurate the formulas it uses are. The Design is also armored to all get out, probably why it's so deep. Anyways, it does look ungangly, so I don't know if it will stay. The idea was a cheap cruiser killer. Armor it to protect it from CAs, and outgun it, though not by much, and if you're not worried about any treaties, hell who cares what the displacement is. Here are the stats:
