After a few months of very sparse activity, I've gotten back to actually making something new. I'm still working on most other designs I've posted, but felt like doing something new. And having recently fallen in love (shipwise) with the España, I wanted to do something similar. I haven't made it for a specific country, but she uses Swedish armament. I've also neglected to give her a name. She uses the regular 28,3mm/45 M/12 for her main artillery. Any secondary artillery (4-6") has been neglected, due to several reasons. For anti-air she uses eight 75mm M/15. The ship itself is built around 1908-1910. As always, hope you'll like it! |

Neglecting the secondaries? That can easily be the death of every one aboard. Especially if a MTB appears. |

My thought was that the 75mm mounts could be used as Anti-MTB as well. Very similar to how Dreadnought had it. There should be some escorts being able to handle heavier stuff. |

better said: AA didn't exist on board these ships. well a tiny bit, but what you are describing as AA is the secondary (anti torpedo boat) arnament, IIRC. |

Ok, reverse it. They are now an as of yet undecided 75mm QF cannon modell for blasting torpedo boats. What of the drawing itself? Is it good? |

It's quite pretty, but I personally hate staggered beam turrets; just look so asymmetrical... |

Thank you. Neither did I like them (staggered beam turrets) very well earlier. I don't know exactly when I thought they looked good though. Plus, I think the arrangement makes sence when trying to compromise a ship as much as possible without superfiring turrets. It is even slightly smaller than the España, but it's longer and somewhat faster, sacrificing armour.

Hmm... There are only 4 secondary cannons onboard. It's completely unadequate against dreadnought-era destroyers. Even "Espana" have a 10 secondary cannons onboard - more than twice that your ship! |

Eight. two in the aft superstructure, four around the funnel, and two, one on each side of the fore superstructure.Already fixed though, with a bunch of casemated 105mm in a position chosen out of were I could place it without all to big alteration of the ship... |

Sorry, i mean: could fire on each board.

Better, but rear secondary fire is relatively inadequate. The destroyer attack from the rear will be fatal!
