There is no real indication of hull form, its a good start but I doubt the ability of the guns to be submerged. Also what's that bump under the torpedo tubes?

I`d place the propellers further down, and the aft torpedo tubes higher up, where the propellers are. You could also increase the size of the rudder.

Your battlecruiser thing shows clear, solid and meaningful progression. But this looks like a very significant step backwards.

I know for a fact that you're capable of better because I've seen it. You might want to draw a waterline version first, refine that, and draw the lower hull afterwards.
