The hull looks to be a larger scale than the superstructure to me. Like a small head on a large body.

I have looked at that but it does not fit the needs of the the Imperial Navy.

why not, if I may ask? that ship would fit the role of the dreadnought itself... it is only slightly bigger, faster, heavier weaponed and less armoured. what would those needs be then?
