No. Not that low at least. You'll continually be calling off flight-ops in anything above a mild breeze. Keep it flush decked and whilst you're at it either put a door or on or enclose the quarterdeck.

Also of note that I-Mast isn't going to be enough for SM-2 and SM-3. You also (unless you're only showing it to show that they were used) don't need both ESSM an NSSM.

How is the I mast not going to be enough for the SM-2 and SM-3?

What never-mined, I think you need a fire control radar like the SPG-62 right?

The smart L and smokestack areas are heavily WIP. I just wanted you to comment On my work so far. You don't need to comment on the smart l being over the hangar because I am aware of that.

well the problem is not the lack of directors. the I-mast 500 is not designed to work with standard missiles, while the APAR is.

is your hangar an split double hangar? or is the goalkeeper at the side? because otherwise the mounting for it goes straight trough the hangar. the same goes for the one on top of the bridge, btw.

You're slowly getting there... As Ace says, I-Mast isn't actually designed for the Standard series, you are however correct in putting dedicated directors on there (at least if you don't have APAR).

I'm wondering if you could go down the route that the Spanish did with the Bazan class and combine the sensor mast with the funnel.

Finally, get rid of the portholes in the hull, they're superfluous in this day and age.

Sorry if I was off topic... Any why I was actually thinking of fusing the funnel and the bridge area
