The armours belt is good, it protects the vital bits.

That searchlight is unusable. It needs to be usable by a person, as in they can manhandle it, so it needs to be on a platform a man can stand on.

Also, please explain your sniper scope reference about the director? I really don't understand?

A sniper scope is mounted on top of the gun (so you can see what the gun sees) like my directors.
You do not give a sniper scope to someone above you as he can see more than you can, so he might see someone you cannot.

The director feeds information to the gunnery plotters. They then give this laying information to the turrets, which fire. The director isn't supposed to sit directly on top of a turret, it cant see much from there.
You do realise different bits of the ship can talk to each other right?

To take your analogy, say you have a gun that can shoot through walls, but there is a wall in front of you, so you cannot see the enemy. So you give a scope and a radio to another man who goes upstairs. Once there, he gives you information on where to fire by way of his radio, because he can see over the wall, which you cannot. That is what a fire director does.

I'll have a crack and post it here if you want. also... those searchlights.. your placing was right, it just needed a platform under it.

Right... I've rebuilt your bridge. I added an armoured conning tower (a common sight on this era vessel). I had to leave the aft director where it was, I couldn't find a better place for it.
I moved the searchlights around, I think you can leave them now.
The Bridge isn't great, I'm not great at bridges, but I've done my best, using Royal Oak and the QE as my examples.
Tell me what you think:

I redid the foward director and added windows to the bridge.

I wonder what a Japanese version would look like?
