Your hull form is all wrong. Look at real ships to get a better understanding of what real ships look like.

this is not a real ship, it is obviously from a alternate universe. the old version had a weird airplane hangar and catapult sticking out the stern, it is not a space engine. I really like the bulge and am attached to it. the bulge is to concentrate a large amount of weight. it causes the CG to be far back and makes the ship generally agile.

No it doesn't. It makes it likely to break apart.
