Very nice and thoughtout ship, just a small nitpick
~There should be shading on the barbettes
Well off cource! If it ain't nitpick, it aint shipbucket!
But I should point out that there is shading on the barbettes.
Zoom in and use a magnifying glass and you should see it just fine!
I will fix the shading for next version.
Also, I think the portholes should be larger
I've been warned about makign too big portholes... we shall see.
That's a mighty tall slab of armor on her sides; I gotta wonder if it's not too heavy!
I like the slightly outdated gun layout; seems that some countries persisted with separate anti-ship and anti-aircraft batteries far longer than they should... but it lends character.
I can thin out the armour belt further, if so be required.
In 1924 it aint no biggie if a battleship is designed in that maner. In late 20's/early 30's and onward that arrangement should be considered obsolete, but I don't think we've quite hit that stage yet. Though I do agree. There is something cool about the divided secondary artillery. And that's the way I'll keep it.
EDIT: I originally missunderstood about the armour belt. But according to Springsharp, yes, that height should work just fine.
